This Subway is located in a small strip center in front of the Hyvee on Muscatine Ave. Parking is limited and a little narrow.
Inside, the restaurant is your average Subway with a little less places to sit for dining. The service is standard and they always make the sandwich the way I customize it. They haven't mess up in the near-dozen times I've been here, so hopefully it stays that way.
All in all, good enough for me to keep coming back to this Subway. -

I work near this location and go here weekly for my lunch hour. I'm super boring and get the same thing every time, a footlong BMT. This means that I know exactly what goes into this sandwich (and the correct amount of meat per side). This location consistently gets my order wrong and does not put the correct amount of meat. Each time I have to correct the worker and I hate having to do this. If I'm paying for a sandwich, I want to get everything that comes on it. My recommendation for subway is to make sure and train your workers so they know what goes on each sandwich, it shouldn't be your customers job to correct the worker. Awful, terrible, startling place. The staff try to boss customers around and are loud, rude and bossy. They make up 'rules' on the spot, out of thin air, and try to enforce them through the sheer volume of their yells. I've never felt worse about a place in my life.
Who on earth manages this place, to keep such staff? I would never, ever go back here again - I prefer going to places where I'm treated with the basic respect all customers deserve at any business. -

This subway always has fresh ingredients and bread. I haven't had a negative experience here yet. The people are nice and load up my sandwhich without bein stingy.

Don't go to Subway in Iowa City. Milio's and Hungry Hobo are much better
